Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Sales & Marketing strategies, deliver annual revenue budget and turnover targets across Tofu product and beverage trading segments.
- Identify new business opportunities. Expand current range of products to existing customers. Prospecting and identify potential key accounts.
- Manage monthly sales analysis, forecasting, inventory monitoring and regular management performance reporting.
- Own key account relationship with local retail, F&B, hawker channels, local distributors and overseas importers; lead customer complaint resolution and credit control governance.
- Plan annual promotion budget, execute offline marketing activities, conduct market & competitor intelligence analysis and submit regular review reports.
- Lead Sales & Marketing team performance management, incentive scheme design, talent development and internal workflow standardization.
- Oversee chilled sales fleet maintenance management and support financial supplier payment verification; undertake ad-hoc assignments from senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years sales & marketing management experience with solid experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector and proven overseas trade partner management track record. Preferable solid experience working in a multinational company.
- Solid hands-on experience in local B2C/B2B distribution, product export and beverage import-re-export trading.
- Strong key account development & channel planning capability, able to deliver sustainable business results within budget framework.
- Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder influencing and trade term negotiation skills.
- Proficient in market analytics, competitor monitoring, sales review and offline campaign execution.
- Strong leadership skills to influence and work collaboratively with leaders of other functions.
- Goal-oriented, highly organized, good teamwork and independent working capability.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills with clear and concise information delivery to all levels of stakeholders.
