Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Research based in Singapore. The Head of Research will be responsible for overseeing and leading all research activities, conducting in-depth market research, developing and implementing research strategies, writing comprehensive research reports, moderating panels, judging awards and drafting editorial calendars for the year.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research experience
• Proficiency in subject matter (Retail banking, Wealth Management, Transaction Banking, Payments)
• Proficiency in Research and Development (R&D) and general Research methodologies
• Proven Team Leadership skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Experience in the financial services industry is preferred
• Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field
