This is a Head of Compliance role in a fast-growing financial institution with team management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide advisory to the business and senior management in line with regulatory obligations
• Act as point of contact to the regulators
• Lead and manage a compliance team

Pre-requisites:

• Strong knowledge of FAA and market conduct requirements
• Experienced in liaising with regulators or prior experience as a regulator
• Experience in working with a large and complex organization
• Team management experience
