Job Description

Head of Partnerships South East Asia

Company: High-Growth Global Crypto & Fintech Platform

Location: Anywhere in South East Asia

Region: South East Asia

Employment: Full-Time

About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a high-growth, globally backed crypto fintech platform that is redefining how money moves across borders.

Founded in 2018 and headquartered in the United States, the company serves over 3 million users across 120 countries, processing $200M+ in monthly trades and managing $25M+ in assets under management. With strong Series A backing and rapid global expansion, the company is now entering its next chapter.

That chapter is the scale-up of its flagship B2B stablecoin infrastructure platform - enabling businesses to power cross-border payments, remittances, and digital asset flows with speed, transparency, and reliability.

With dominant market share in key remittance corridors and a multi-billion-dollar annual run-rate, this is not a build from scratch story : this is a scale what already works story.

As Head of Partnerships South East Asia, you will anchor this expansion across one of the most dynamic fintech regions in the world.

This is a pivotal role for someone who understands both innovation and regulation ; someone who can move fast, but build for durability.

What You'll Do

  • Lead regional expansion of the company's Stablecoin API platform across SEA
  • Build strategic alliances with banks, fintechs, remittance providers, and enterprises
  • Position the platform as trusted infrastructure for cross-border payments
  • Own the full partnership lifecycle - sourcing, pitching, negotiating, structuring, and scaling
  • Design cross-border payment and treasury solutions leveraging crypto + fiat rails
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Legal, Compliance, and Growth teams
  • Shape regional GTM strategy by analysing regulatory shifts, licensing frameworks, and competitive trends
  • Act as the senior interface for CXOs, financial institutions, and regulatory stakeholders
  • Convert signed partnerships into measurable volume, integrations, and revenue impact

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in B2B banking partnerships, payments, remittances, or fintech infrastructure
  • Proven track record building cross-border partnerships in regulated APAC / SEA markets
  • Strong understanding of licensing & compliance frameworks (MSB, payment regulations, etc.)
  • Deep knowledge of payment rails, remittance infrastructure, or stablecoin ecosystems
  • Experience engaging CXOs, regulators, and institutional stakeholders
  • High ownership mindset - strategic thinker with strong execution discipline
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, high-growth environments

Why This Role Is Different

This isn't a market-entry experiment.

The company already commands significant market share in key corridors and is heading toward a multi-billion-dollar annual run-rate. The infrastructure works. The demand exists. The regulatory frameworks are evolving.

Now they need a regional leader to:

Turn partnerships into infrastructure

Turn integrations into volume

Turn opportunity into regional dominance

If you're excited by the idea of shaping the future of stablecoin adoption across South East Asia, while balancing growth with compliance and reliability - this is a rare opportunity to build something that genuinely moves money at scale.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based incentives
  • Equity participation
  • Flexible regional setup across SEA
  • High visibility with founders and executive leadership
  • Opportunity to shape the future of cross-border financial infrastructure
