Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation, maintenance, and upgrading of hospital facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
- Formulate and execute long-term plans for facility expansion, capital works, and renovation projects.
- Supervise the upkeep, repair, and replacement of medical equipment.
- Plan and coordinate medical equipment acquisition in line with clinical needs and hospital priorities.
- Oversee procurement, inventory control, and distribution of both medical and non-medical supplies.
- Establish and maintain effective vendor and supplier relationships.
- Direct food service operations to ensure nutritious, high-quality meals for patients.
- Lead security operations to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
- Oversee the upkeep of hospital grounds and outdoor areas, ensuring a safe and well-presented environment.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business / Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in Hospital
- Experience in Facilities / Projects
