A leading Financial Technology firm in Asia is seeking a Head of Marketing and Communications to drive strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives across regions and product verticals.
- Champion brand consistency and elevate brand presence across digital platforms, content, PR, and events.
- Own and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that support client acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Develop and refine marketing processes and performance frameworks to measure ROI, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with sales, product, and executive teams to support go-to-market strategies and deliver thought leadership content.
- Ensure all marketing outputs adhere to compliance and regulatory standards across relevant jurisdictions.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver integrated marketing initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategy, preferably within finance, fintech, or B2B services.
- Proven track record in leading strategic marketing initiatives and delivering measurable business impact.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of owning projects from concept to execution.
