Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Learning & Development/Training Specialist, based in Singapore. The role involves a mix of in-office work and remote responsibilities. The primary tasks include designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and organizational success. The role will also involve managing learning systems, facilitating training sessions, and supporting succession planning and employee engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Training & Development and conducting effective Training sessions
  • Expertise in Learning Management and implementation of impactful development programs
  • Knowledge of Succession Planning for nurturing talent and future leaders
  • Experience in driving Employee Engagement and fostering positive workplace culture
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze learning needs and create tailored solutions
  • Experience in project management is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field
