We are seeking a Head of Learning & Development (L&D) / Learning & Development Specialist / Training Specialist for a full-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with opportunities for partial remote work. The role involves designing and leading effective training programs, managing learning management systems, and implementing strategies to foster employee growth and engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing training needs, creating content, delivering workshops, and overseeing succession planning initiatives. Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Training & Development and effective Training delivery
  • Experience in Learning Management and Succession Planning systems
  • Strong skills in Employee Engagement practices and fostering a positive workplace environment
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and measuring training impact is a plus
  • Familiarity with designing inclusive and comprehensive learning programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
