About the Role

AsHead of IT & Tools, you willdefine, deliver, and continuously improve the IT assets, tools, and processesthat support LANDI Global employees. This role combines strong hands-onownership with strategic thinking. You will be both a credible technologyleader and a trusted partner to the business. You will play a key role inshaping how technology enables operational efficiency and supports theorganisation's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership& Organisational Development

. Lead anddevelop the IT team set clear priorities, drive performance, and foster aculture of accountability, service excellence, and continuous improvement.

. Championtechnology adoption across the business, engaging and influencing stakeholdersat all levels to build buy-in and drive change.

. Support teammembers growth and development, building capability within the IT function tomeet evolving business needs.

TechnologyStrategy & Governance

. Contribute toand help shape the IT strategy, ensuring technology plans and roadmaps arealigned with LANDI Global's business priorities and global standards.

. Develop andmaintain IT governance frameworks, policies, and standards to ensure security,compliance, and operational consistency.

. Manage the ITbudget effectively build business cases for key investments and track deliveryagainst objectives.

. Act as theprimary liaison with LANDI headquarters on IT tools and systems, ensuringglobal alignment while representing regional needs.

DigitalTransformation & Innovation

. Drive processdigitalisation initiatives across the organisation, identifying andimplementing opportunities to automate and streamline workflows.

. Own andcontinuously enhance Microsoft 365 services and Atlassian tools (JIRA,Confluence) and the broader tooling ecosystem to improve operationalefficiency.

. Act as astrategic advisor to business functions on tool selection and technologydecisions, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose and support evolving needs.

. Lead theevaluation, implementation, and optimisation of tools across functions,ensuring scalability, integration, and measurable efficiency gains.

Vendor& Partner Management

. Manage vendorrelationships and oversee contracts with third-party providers, includinglaptop provisioning, delivery, and configuration partners.

. Regularlyreview vendor performance and the broader solutions landscape to ensure theorganisation has the right tools and services in place at competitive value.

Infrastructure,Security & Employee Experience

. Ensure allemployees have access to reliable, secure, and up-to-date IT infrastructure,maintaining high standards of service quality and responsiveness.

. Design anddeliver training programmes (live and e-learning) to drive effective adoptionof IT systems and tools across the organisation.

. Promote goodpractice in cybersecurity and data protection, ensuring employees and systemsmeet required standards.

. Establish and maintain robust data backup,recovery, and retention frameworks to safeguard business-critical informationand ensure minimal data loss.

. Develop and implement IT crisis management andbusiness continuity plans, including disaster recovery procedures, to ensurerapid response and minimal disruption to operations.

. Conduct regular testing (e.g., backuprestoration, disaster recovery drills) to validate system resilience andorganisational preparedness.

Requirements

. Minimum 5 - 8years of IT management experience, ideally within a global or multi-siteorganisation.

. Track record ofdelivering IT strategy and initiatives that have a tangible impact on businessoperations.

. Confidentcommunicator and business partner, able to engage credibly with seniorstakeholders and translate technical concepts clearly.

. Good workingknowledge across enterprise tooling, IT governance, process improvement, and ITsecurity fundamentals.

. Strong hands on expertise in Microsoft 365 andmodern SaaS ecosystems.

. Experiencemanaging vendor relationships and working within an IT budget.

. Hands-onfamiliarity with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) and a passion for improvinghow teams work.

. Experience in apayment or technology-driven environment (e.g. project management, ITSMprocesses, security, Android) is an advantage

. Fluent spoken andwritten English (mandatory).

. Fluent spoken andwritten Mandarin (to work with Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders, vendorsand users across the region) would be a plus.

. Knowledge in Azure, Entra ID, and Salesforcewould be a plus.
