Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and offline platforms

  • Create, manage, test, and execute outbound email marketing campaigns using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

  • Manage Google Ads search campaigns and drive SEO/SEM strategies to improve website traffic and lead generation

  • Plan and execute social media marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement

  • Maintain and update company websites to ensure alignment with marketing activities and business objectives

  • Conduct outbound prospecting through cold emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build targeted prospect databases and support sales activities

  • Provide creative support including campaign concept development, graphic design, photo retouching, PowerPoint enhancement, and basic video editing

  • Develop localized marketing materials and content tailored to Southeast Asian industries and applications

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics, Power BI, CRM systems, and Excel reporting dashboards

  • Organise and coordinate marketing events such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, and roadshows

  • Support responses to customer and prospect enquiries received through phone, email, and chat platforms

  • Travel occasionally to support regional office activities when required

  • Perform additional duties assigned by regional management

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

  • Proven experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid advertising, websites, and offline channels to drive brand awareness and lead generation

  • Experience with Python programming for data scraping is preferred

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and generate actionable insights

  • Prior B2B marketing experience is an advantage

  • Strong content creation and marketing communication skills

  • Good project management abilities with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong critical thinking abilities

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful, adaptable, and capable of working independently or leading collaborative initiatives when required

  • Familiarity with Southeast Asian markets will be advantageous

  • Willingness to travel regionally as part of the role

  • Positive, energetic, and outgoing personality

Technical Skills

Experience working with the following tools and platforms is preferred:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365

  • Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

  • UTM Builder

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator

  • RocketReach
