Head of Investor Relations

We are currently partnering with an Investment Firm and they are seeking a Capital Raising Professional to join their team in Singapore.

This position will play a key leadership role in driving the company&aposs strategic growth through successful fundraising activities. The role requires a proven track record in raising capital from investors, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to lead high-impact negotiations. The Deputy CEO will work closely with the CEO and senior management to expand the company&aposs investor base, enhance market presence, and ensure sustainable growth of assets under management (AUM).

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies to attract institutional, corporate, and high-net-worth investors.
• Lead end-to-end fundraising processes, including investor targeting, pitching, structuring, and closing deals.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Oversee marketing and investor relations activities to enhance the company&aposs profile in the asset management sector.
• Work closely with investment, finance, and legal teams to structure funds in compliance with regulatory and market requirements.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, investor meetings, and public forums.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in fundraising, capital markets, investment banking, or asset management.
• Proven track record in successful fundraising, preferably in industrial park asset funds or similar real estate/infrastructure funds.
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
• Solid network of institutional and private investors (domestic and international).
• Fluent in Mandarin (At least conversational)
