Head of Investment Banking

• Lead the execution of project finance and acquisition finance transactions across South East Asia and India
• Originate deals by cultivating and maintaining relationships with private equity sponsors
• Identify and pursue co-financing opportunities through active engagement with partner banks
• Maintain close coordination with banks to support loan syndication of underwritten positions
• Oversee internal credit approval processes for credit underwriting and investment decisions

Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accountancy, or related discipline from a recognized university
• Professional certifications such as: CFA, CPA is preferred
• Familiarity with Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) regulations and compliance standards
• Minimum 8 years of experience in investment banking or corporate finance, with substantial exposure to the Singapore and/or Southeast Asia markets
• Leadership experience in managing P&L, strategic planning, and regulatory engagement
• Fluent in English
• Proficiency in Korean is required for the conference and communication with the relevant department at HO
• High professional integrity and commitment to compliance and governance
• Culturally sensitive and collaborative, with experience leading diverse teams
