Syndication Loan Specialist

Responsibilities

• Preparing reporting materials upon request from MAS or HO
• Manage credit facility of corporate with Banks policy and standards, local laws, regulations, controls and procedures of the Bank
• Analyse corporate financial statements and conduct credit review on customer
• Perform KYC process from request of documents to completion of the KYC process
• Review and prepare loan and credit documentation
• Maintain relationship with corporate, partner banks and performing of agency roles
• Request credit facility related documents to clients
• Execute various process to make a new credit facility and post management of a credit facility
• Periodic monitoring industry trends and issues relevant to clients
• Be prepared to additionally perform any other work-related tasks as stipulated by any of the Branch's manager

Requirements

• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• A relevant degree in Finance, Business or Accountancy
• Knowledge in accounting and reading of financial statement
• Keen interest in corporate loan and syndication loan with long term plan to remain in related field
• Able to work in a team and be task oriented
• Good organization skills and detail-oriented
• Resourceful, motivated and willingness to acquire new skills/knowledge
• Ability to manage deadline for own job
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
• Fluent in English

Preference

• Experience in banking particularly in credit analysis, documentation in corporate/syndication loan
• Proficiency in Korean Language preferred
