Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility to work from home on agreed terms, for the position of Head of Innovation / Innovation Director. The role involves driving innovation initiatives across the organization, providing strategic leadership for research and development projects, and guiding cross-functional teams to introduce new packaging solutions. The role also emphasizes fostering collaborative partnerships, analyzing industry trends, and identifying opportunities for growth. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in steering the AIP's innovation agenda to meet long-term industry goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Innovation Management, with a proven ability to drive and implement innovative strategies
• Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate industry trends, identify opportunities, and inform decision-making
• Research and Development (R&D) experience in developing forward-thinking packaging solutions
• Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide, inspire, and coordinate innovative initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven track record of managing multi-disciplinary projects
• A background in packaging, manufacturing, or a related sector is advantageous
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields preferred
