Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role located in Singapore for a Head of Innovation / Innovation Director. The responsibility involves leading innovation strategies and initiatives within the organization, overseeing research and development (R&D) activities, and managing strategic projects to achieve long-term goals. The role also includes mentoring and managing teams, fostering a culture of innovation, and developing processes for identifying opportunities and implementing creative solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Innovation Management and Research and Development (R&D)
• Proficient Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Management and Team Leadership
• The ability to develop and drive forward-thinking strategies
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Innovation, or related field
• Experience in sustainability and environmental initiatives is a plus
