ScaleUp is looking for a senior finance leader to build the financial reporting foundation for the company's next stage of growth and capital-markets readiness. This is a high-impact role for an experienced ex-auditor or technical accounting leader who wants to move from advising on capital market readiness to owning it inside a fast-scaling fintech business.
The mandate goes beyond producing historical numbers. You will help shape the reporting perimeter, prepare the historical pro forma carve-out, resolve complex revenue-recognition issues, strengthen audit readiness, and build the finance architecture required for future fundraising, external audit, and potential public market execution.
15+ years in big-4 audit, accounting advisory, transaction services, or financial reporting.
Strong experience in fintech, financial services, payments, treasury, wealthtech, or asset-management-related models.
Strong technical accounting and revenue-recognition judgment.
Experience with carve-outs, complex reporting projects, or finance transformation assignments.
Confident working with senior management, advisers, and external reviewers.
Commercially minded, hands-on, and comfortable building in a fast-growth environment.
