We are seeking a seasoned Head of Finance to lead the financial operations of a multientity group with a reputable consumer brand. This role is central to ensuring operational excellence, driving profitability, and enabling expansion across the region. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will act as a strategic partner while maintaining a sharp focus on daytoday financial discipline in a fastmoving consumer environment.
Description
- You will oversee a team responsible for endtoend finance operations across outlets and regional entities
- Lead consolidated reporting, budgeting, and forecasting tailored to consumer business cycles
- Monitor cash flow, margins, and cost structures to ensure sustainable profitability
- Implement robust controls for inventory, procurement, and supplier payments
- Partner with operations teams to optimize pricing, promotions, and product profitability
- Drive digitization of finance processes (ERP, POS integration, BI dashboards) to support scale
- Support expansion initiatives, including new market entries, joint ventures, and M&A
- Manage external auditors and ensure compliance with multijurisdictional regulations
- Provide commercial insights that directly influence growth and operational decisions
Profile
- Bachelor in Accounting & Finance/Business, with 10+ years of regional finance experience
- Candidates with direct exposure to consumer industries (retail, hospitality, FMCG, lifestyle) are preferred; alternatively, we welcome those who thrive in fastpaced, highvolume environments.
- Experience balancing strategic planning with handson operational finance in consumerdriven businesses
- Demonstrated success in implementing finance technology solutions (ERP and BI dashboards) to modernize and scale operations
- Strategic thinker with exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Prior international work experience will be an advantage
