Head of Engineering Delivery

To be successful in your role, you will have demonstrated and/or acquired the following knowledge and experience:

. Air Traffic Management domain expertise (inc. standards such as ICAO, Euro control, AIDC)

. Experience in product delivery using agile methodologies like Lean methods (including PDCA, Kanban, Value-Stream Mapping) prior experience working Agile @ Scale framework is a bonus

. Demonstrate a real experience in term of complex system delivery.

. Demonstrable technical and managerial leadership within an engineering environment, with excellent people management skills and the ability to influence and challenge others.

. Team player who can interface at all levels within engineering, represent the company to outside government and customer organizations, and who can operate successfully in a multi-cultural environment.

. Ability to work professionally and constructively within a team environment providing advice and consultancy.

. Ability to work in an international environment, by considering different cultures.

. Is a self-starter, capable of working on own initiative with a high level of integrity.

. A confident communicator, resourceful and proactive, ensuring adequate quality and timely delivery.

. Comprehensive understanding of Engineering Standards, engineering processes and maturity models.

. At Ease with the new ways of working ( Safe/Lean Methodologies) and an awareness to the Digital technologies and environment ( Cloud, Containerization, AI,..)

. An ability to quickly assimilate and use a knowledge of the technical and market environment and apply this to the commercial requirements of the business.

. Able to demonstrate a vision for the future technical direction of the business.

. Conformance required with appropriate quality standards and procedures.
