Job Description:We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will lead a high-performing team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize digital impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, and performance marketing.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve KPIs and business objectives.
- Analyze campaign performance, track key metrics, and optimize strategies for ROI and engagement.
- Collaborate with product, sales, and creative teams to align digital campaigns with business goals.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Stay updated on emerging digital trends, tools, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
- Drive brand building, lead generation, and customer acquisition through innovative digital initiatives.
- Oversee website, social media, and content management to ensure consistent messaging and engagement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership on digital marketing strategy and performance.
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, and analytics.
- Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns and delivering measurable business results.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and digital advertising technologies.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Singapore/SEA digital marketing landscape is preferred.
