Role Overview
This role is responsible for shaping and executing the organization's corporate strategy, driving sustainable growth initiatives, and ensuring alignment across business functions. The role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate strategic priorities into effective execution and organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of mid- to long-term corporate and growth strategies
- Drive enterprise-wide strategic initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and performance
- Partner with the CEO and senior leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable plans
- Support business growth initiatives, including market expansion and new strategic opportunities
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration, governance, and execution discipline
- Oversee corporate functions as required to support strategic and operational objectives
Key Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant discipline
- At least 10 years of proven experience in corporate strategy, business transformation, or senior leadership roles
- Strong ability to lead complex, organization-wide initiatives in dynamic environments
- Ability to operate effectively at both strategic and execution levels
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
- Experience working with senior executives, boards, or multinational organizations preferred
- Native-level Japanese proficiency and business-level English proficiency are mandatory, as the role involves frequent internal and external communication with Japan and APAC stakeholders
