Head of Cash Management

The Head of Cash Management is responsible for overseeing the bank's cash management activities for corporate and institutional clients, focusing on liquidity visibility, cash flow optimization, account structures, and day‑to‑day cash operations. The role ensures clients achieve efficient control over their cash positions while maintaining strong governance, risk management, and service quality.

Cash Flow Management

. Support client cash flow forecasting, monitoring, and analysis

. Advise clients on optimizing cash inflows and outflows

. Ensure effective management of end of day and intraday liquidity requirements

. Coordinate with internal treasury teams on client liquidity needs

Operational Oversight (Cash Related)

. Ensure accurate and timely processing of cash related transactions

. Oversee service delivery for:

- Account servicing

- Balance reporting

- Cut off adherence

. Manage escalations related strictly to cash positioning and liquidity visibility

Risk, Controls & Compliance

. Ensure strong controls around cash movement and account authority structures

. Maintain compliance with regulatory, AML/CFT, and internal policies related to cash activities

. Oversee fraud risk controls specific to cash access and liquidity structures

. Support internal and external audits related to cash management

Stakeholder Management

. Work closely with:

- Relationship Managers

- Operations and Implementation teams

- Treasury, Risk, and Compliance functions

. Act as primary cash management contact for senior client discussions

Team Leadership

. Lead and develop cash management specialists and support teams

. Set service standards and performance objectives

Requirements:
. 10-15+ years of experience in bank cash management with working experienced in Great China for at least 5 years

. Required to have Business Planning and Cash Management experiences

. Strong exposure to liquidity structures, cash concentration, and balance optimization

. Experience supporting large corporate or multinational clients

. Proven people management and senior stakeholder engagement experience

. Deep technical knowledge of cash management structures

. Strong understanding of liquidity, account management, and cash controls

. Strong risk awareness and attention to detail

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
