Job Description

Head of Client Support Group (KYC / AML) – APAC

Lead, transform, and elevate a high-impact Client Support Group across APAC & the Middle East. This is a strategic leadership role at the heart of client onboarding, KYC/AML, and sanctions governance within a global corporate & investment banking environment.

What you'll do:

  • Own end-to-end client lifecycle management (onboarding, reviews, sanctions screening)
  • Partner senior stakeholders across Front Office, Compliance, and Risk
  • Drive operational excellence, digital transformation, and process innovation
  • Lead and inspire regional, multi-location teams
  • Strengthen governance, controls, and regulatory compliance frameworks

What we're looking for:

  • Proven leadership in KYC / AML / Client Onboarding within banking
  • Strong stakeholder management and regional exposure
  • Track record in transformation, automation, and change initiatives
  • Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and client risk assessment
