Role and Responsibilities
- Development of vision and strategies towards the achievement of the department's sales & profit target
- Developing a sustainable business model with innovative ideas and solutions
- Working closely with cross function teams and departments to develop and execute best-in-class product, marketing and retail strategies with the objective of building and strengthening the company's brand positioning in the Air-conditioning market
- Together with the product marketing manager, manage the product portfolio's roadmap and lifecycle
- Leading a team of key account managers in developing and growing distribution channels (B2C / B2B) and establishing a strong long-term relationship with our business partners and key decision makers
- Supported by Pre-sales Engineer, provide technical designs and consultations to meet project requirements
- Working closely with service team to create a top-notch after sales service
- Leading, coaching and mentoring to ensure team members personal growth and job satisfaction. Managing team's day to day operations which includes but not limited to:
- Product Management
- Market Analysis
- Key Account Management
- P&L Management
- Supply Chain Management
- Pre-sales / After sales
- Management reporting
Skills and Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma but ideally a Degree (in Business or Engineering), with at least 10 years of experience in Air-conditioning business, with strong connections within the industry and understanding of the market preferred
- Skilled in P&L and people management
- Experience in both Sales and Marketing
- Successful sales track record in both B2B and B2C
- Excellent in cognitive thought and problem solving
- Creative and innovative
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task and possess good project management and presentation skills
