We are looking for a commercially-driven business leader to head TÜV SÜD's ASEAN Academy business. This is a regional P&L leadership position with full ownership of growth, profitability, and market strategy across ASEAN.
What You Will Be Doing
- Own full Academy business P&L across Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, and Vietnam
- Drive profitable growth through strong sales, partnerships, and market expansion
- Build deep industry engagement with corporates, regulators, and associations
- Lead product strategy from market insight to monetization
- Oversee end-to-end operations: curriculum, trainers, delivery, LMS, and quality
- Shape scalable programs across compliance, sustainability, and digital assurance
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering/ Technology or related discipline
- Min. 10 years of experience in training, certification, or EdTech business; experience in B2B training/ enterprise sales is preferred
- Proven track record in P&L ownership and commercial with ASEAN regional exposure
- Ability to translate market trends into profitable product strategies
- Hands-on, decisive, and comfortable operating across strategy and execution
- Ability to govern instructional design frameworks
