Reporting to the CEO, this strategic leadership role is responsible for establishing and leading the legal function at NTUC Health. This role provides end-to-end legal, regulatory, and governance support across the organisation, including advising on partnerships, investments, operations, and enterprise risk matters.
Partnering closely with senior leadership, business units and Board committees, you will shape and drive legal strategy across the organisation. This includes delivering practical, business-oriented legal advice to support informed decision-making, strengthen organisational resilience, enhance operational excellence and enable sustainable growth.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels in a lean, fast-moving environment, enjoys building structures from the ground up, and takes ownership as the go-to advisor for all legal matters.
