HEAD COACH

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Swimming Coach/Teacher to work with Children at all abilities, with particular focus on those with special needs, including children on autism spectrum, with trauma histories, or with developmental challenges. This roles also inlcudes teaching and coaching neurotypical learners, from beginners to competitive swimmers.

The successful candidate will be skilled in creating adaptive, individualized programs that foster confidence, skills development and a love for swimming while ensuring a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.
