- Lead the department in curriculum planning and lesson standards to enhance teaching quality.
- Organize academic meetings and guide differentiated instruction.

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Education or related field Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience, with at least 2 years in leadership/academic coordination.
- Familiar with international curricula (AEIS, O-Level, A-Level).
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese capable of intercultural communication.
