Job Description:
Oversee the entire kitchen/operations
Must be proficient in Dim Sum Cuisine
Control and guide the food preparation process, ensuring all food quality meets company standards. Revise SOPs as needed.
Analyze customer feedback to improve food quality
Supervise and ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards
Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
Create new seasonal dishes and menus
Monitor inventory levels
Maintain food cost profitability
Efficient workforce planning and scheduling
Requirement:
Minimum 5 years of cooking experience in Chinese restaurants and 3 years of management experience
Ability to communicate with stakeholders in English and Mandarin
Extensive food knowledge and creative menu planning skills
Excellent communication and management abilities
Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills, with the leadership ability to guide the team through various challenges
Neat and professional appearance
Ability to work under pressure
