. Full time on site role and responsible for all kitchen operations.

. Strong experience in European and fusion cuisine, good amnagement skilles

. Lead role in setting customers dining experience.

. Menu planning, manading inventory and kitchen budget

. Good communications skills. Able to train new colleagues

. Interacts well with servic eteam, vendors and suppliers
