What you'll be doing
. Lead all kitchen operations, ensuring top-quality and consistent food standards
. Manage food costs, budgets, and supplier coordination

. Ensure that the latest SOPs are implemented and adhered to across the kitchen
. Responsible for staff evaluation, succession and training plan
. Provide regular performance updates to area chefs and management
. Ensure all operational activities adhere to relevant legislations, health and safetyregulations and licensing conditions
. Ensure cleanliness and proper grooming across the kitchen
. Collaborate with management to boost efficiency and guest satisfaction
. Promote creativity, innovation, and consistency in all menu items
. Carryout any other culinary duties as per assigned by superior

. Strong experience as Head Chef or senior leadership role in the kitchen
. Excellent leadership and people management skills
. Ability to balance creativity with operational efficiency
