Job Description

  • Supervise and train bartending staff
  • Create and update cocktail menus
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Manage bar inventory and place orders as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints
  • Monitor and control beverage costs
  • Collaborate with management and kitchen staff
  • Ensure consistent quality of all drinks served
  • Promote a positive and professional work environment
  • Proven experience as a bartender, with leadership experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a team and delegate tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory software
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Certification in responsible alcohol service (e.g., TIPS or equivalent)
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly
