Handyman – Maintenance Department
Key responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Carry out general repair and maintenance work around the premises.
- Attend to minor plumbing, painting and fixture repairs.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-kept environment.
- Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.
- Relevant experience in handyman, building, facilities, or general maintenance work.
- Basic knowledge of general repairs.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious.
