Handyman - Maintenance Department

Key responsibilities

• Carry out general repair and maintenance work around the premises.

• Attend to minor plumbing, painting and fixture repairs.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.

• Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and safely used.

• Maintain a safe, clean and well-kept environment.

• Perform other maintenance duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in handyman, building, facilities, or general maintenance work.

• Basic knowledge of general repairs.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Responsible, reliable and safety-conscious.
