- Consulting with in house team on educator plans.
- Listening to clients needs to determine their preferences for recommendation on the product and service.
- Describing different hair care products and their benefits.
- Shampooing, cutting, coloring, treating and highlighting hair.
- Performing scalp treatments.
- Acting as the middleman for the salespersons to sell or upsell clients hair care products.
- Building a personal relationship with clients to ensure future profitable sales.
- Adhering to salon and government safety and cleanliness standards.
- Stay relevant on hair trends and styling methods.
- erform professional hair services, including:
Hair cutting, wash & blow-dry, styling, coloring, and scalp treatments - Deliver quality customer service with professionalism and attentiveness
- Maintain the cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the salon
- Assist with day-to-day operations and ad-hoc duties assigned by the Shop Manager
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Proven experience in hair cutting and hairstyling
- Meticulous, organized, and customer-oriented
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (with weekday off according to roster)
- Punctual, responsible, and reliable
- Positive, outgoing, and able to adapt under supervision
- Passionate about delivering excellent service and building client relationships
