Hair stylist

Roles & Responsibilities

- Developing a long-term strategy and vision for the hair salon that leads

to the creation of the salon's value

- Provides leadership and management to ensure that the mission and

core values of the salon are put into practice

- Lead the salon staff in providing excellent services and maximizing salon profit

- Oversee daily salon operations

- Interview, hire and train salon staff in procedure, policy and health regulations

Requirement

- 5 years of hairstylist's experience is required.

- 5 years for managerial position's experience in Hair salon

- Proven skills of hair cutting

- Experience that acquired new customers and built the relationship with them in Hair salon

- Deep knowledge of latest hair styling

- Strong understanding of hairstyle trends and hair salon business.

- Working in Japanese hair salon is preferable

- Good command of Japanese enough to directly communicate with Japanese customers in Singapore
