Job Responsibilities
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess hair loss conditions, lifestyle, and styling preferences
- Recommend suitable hair systems, including base type, density, color, and style
- Perform precise measurements and create customized hair system fittings
- Cut, style, and blend hair systems seamlessly with the client's natural hair
- Carry out attachment procedures using tapes, glue, or other bonding methods
- Provide maintenance services such as cleaning, reattachment, and adjustments
- Educate clients on proper aftercare, maintenance routines, and product usage
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to fit, comfort, or appearance
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and tools
- Keep accurate client records, including specifications and service history
- Stay updated on latest hair system techniques, trends, and products
- Work closely with team members to ensure high service standards and client satisfaction
- Support sales of hair systems and related products where appropriate
Job Requirements
- Certificate in hairdressing preferred
- 4 - 5 years of experience as a hairstylist experience with hair systems/wigs a plus
- Skilled in cutting, coloring, and styling hair
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, patient, and empathetic with clients
