Provide professional consultation and recommend suitable hairstyles, coloring, and treatments based on clients facial shape, hair condition, and preferences.
Perform a wide range of hair coloring techniques, including highlights, ombre, balayage, and other trending styles.
Execute various hair styling services, including cutting, trimming, shaping, curling, setting, and finishing.
Analyze clients hair and scalp condition and recommend appropriate treatments, products, or services.
Carry out general hair services, including blow-drying, styling, and basic grooming services (e.g., waxing where applicable).
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation, tools, and overall salon environment at all times.
Build and maintain a strong customer base by delivering excellent service and converting walk-in clients into long-term customers.
Maintain good client relationships, including remembering client preferences and providing personalized service.
Stay updated on latest hair trends, techniques, products, and technologies, and act as a subject matter expert in hair services.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
