Supervisor

1.Must be able to work with Autocad system and standard Mircosoft software

2.Able to read/understand/execute work based on construction drawing

3.Able to work under element of weather

4.Efficient project management which includes project scheduling, lead, and co-ordinate the whole project team which include supervisors, foreman, workers and subcontractors

5.Responsible for site coordination workers and to make accurate, decisive, and prompt decisions relating to work matters. Feedback to management on site problems for corrective actions to be taken.

6. Preparing submission drawings to authorities. Preparing and producing construction documents and specifications

7. In charge of the overall coordination of the project from design to completion

8.To study pre-comp (to study discrepency of surveying data and establish site boundaries control point) survey plan for project execution

9.To verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites

10.Ensure all setting up are within contract boundary

11.Prepare site setting out data, plan and map for Survey crew

12.Volume Calculation if required

13.Liaise with client and contractors on survey matters

14.Co-Ordinate with engineers, site supervisor, various sub-contractors for surveyor related works

15.Record and data collection for the preparation for as- built drawings

16.Supervise field crew performing various surveying functions
