Job Title: Japanese Kitchen Specialist & Guest Experience Expert
Locations: VivoCity, Orchard, Suntec City
Salary: S$2,500 - S$3,800 monthly (based on role & experience)
Schedule: 5.5-day workweek (44 hours) with Paid overtime

Role 1: Japanese Kitchen Specialist (S$3,000 - S$3,800)
You own your station. From prep to plating, you deliver authentic Japanese dishes with speed and consistency.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare traditional Japanese recipes to standard, every service

• Manage your section's quality, portioning, and plating

• Maintain top-tier kitchen hygiene and food safety

• Coordinate with service team for hot, on-time delivery

• Minimise waste and organise your prep efficiently

Requires: 2+ years in a Japanese kitchen.

Role 2: Guest Experience Expert (S$2,500 - S$3,200)
You are the face of the brand. Friendly, knowledgeable, and calm under pressure.

Key responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and deliver natural, attentive service

• Memorise the menu to explain dishes and make recommendations

• Take accurate orders and time service flow with the kitchen

• Keep dining area clean, tidy, and inviting

• Act as the clear communication link between guests and kitchen
