5 Days work week, 9 hours Rotational Shift work
- Work closely with Manager to deliver courteous and professional service to all guests, responding promptly and tactfully to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
- Answer all incoming telephone calls promptly, ideally within three rings, in a professional manner.
- Perform cashiering duties in accordance with the residence's established Standard Operating Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain positive guest relations at all times, especially with in-house guests, and demonstrate a warm and hospitable demeanor.
- Uphold guest room safety, emergency, and fire safety protocols encourage guests to use in-room safes and ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Stay knowledgeable about the residence's facilities, services, and local attractions/events to provide guests with accurate and helpful information.
- Maintain effective communication and a cooperative working relationship with all team members and departments.
