Role Overview

The Growth & Community Manager will drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention across Coincalls key channels and communities. This role blends data-driven growth operations with hands-on community building, requiring strong execution skills, creativity, and an understanding of the crypto user journey.

The ideal candidate is passionate about cryptocurrency adoption, experienced in managing online communities, and skilled at turning data insights into actionable strategies that improve user conversion and retention.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, establish, and manage partnerships with high-quality channels, communities, and partners.
  • Design and execute user growth campaigns to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Monitor and optimize channel performance using data to improve ROI and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement community operations strategies across Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, and other platforms.
  • Plan and execute campaigns and events to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Build and manage user lifecycle strategies to improve conversion and reduce churn.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify churn risks and implement retention strategies.
  • Gather and consolidate user feedback to collaborate with product, customer service, and marketing teams on user experience improvements.
  • Support daily operational tasks and cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Requirements

  • 13 years of experience in growth operations, user operations, or channel development. Experience in crypto, fintech, or internet companies is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to evaluate and optimize initiatives based on data.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English (spoken and written).
  • Familiarity with community management tools and data dashboards is advantageous.
