About Tribe Academy

Tribe Academy is an upskilling and professional development academy focused on equipping working professionals and teams with practical digital, AI and business transformation skills.

We design and run our own programmes, workshops and learning experiences for individuals, teams and organisations. In addition, we partner with local tertiary institutions such as SMU Academy to deliver SkillsFuture-eligible adult learning programmes. Our programmes are designed to be practical, applied and career-focused, helping learners build relevant skills for a fast-changing workplace.

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, growth-oriented Marketing Manager to drive awareness, demand generation and learner enrolment for Tribe Academy's programmes. This role requires someone who can plan and execute campaigns, create strong content, identify growth opportunities and work closely with internal teams to improve marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate should be comfortable marketing education programmes to working professionals and turning AI, digital and business trends into clear, relevant and compelling messaging.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and optimise marketing campaigns across paid ads, social media, email marketing, landing pages and other relevant channels to drive brand awareness, leads and learner enrolment.
  • Develop go-to-market plans for programme launches, new intakes and other relevant initiatives, including campaign timelines, audience targeting, messaging, content requirements and conversion touch points.
  • Create clear and compelling marketing content for social media, EDMs, newsletters, ads, and programme collateral into relevant messaging for target audience.
  • Manage the learner acquisition funnel from awareness to enrolment.
  • Maintain a data-driven approach on marketing efforts, including tracking campaign performance using relevant tools and metrics with recommended improvements and actionables.
  • Coordinate marketing deliverables with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timelines, briefs, feedback and follow-through are managed clearly.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry trends and training market developments to sharpen Tribe Academy's positioning, messaging and campaign angles.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, content marketing or campaign management.
  • Experience managing integrated campaigns across paid ads, social media, email marketing, landing pages and CRM platforms.
  • Strong understanding of B2C marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing and conversion optimisation.
  • Able to analyse marketing data and translate insights into practical campaign improvements.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills across digital channels.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, social media insights and marketing automation tools.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, AI tools, content automation or generative AI is a strong advantage.
  • A good design eye and the ability to create or adapt marketing assets using design tools such as Canva/Figma/Adobe is a plus.
  • Experience in education/training/professional development, events or community-led marketing is a plus.
