Job Description

A Hybrid working model

Roles & Responsibilities:

Growth strategy and Execution strategy

  • Develop and execute end-to-end growth marketing strategies to drive acquisition, activation, and retention
  • Own campaign performance across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., social, search, display, affiliates, CRM)
  • Translate brand campaigns into performance-driven executions that deliver measurable ROI

Data Analytics

  • Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior to uncover growth opportunities
  • Build dashboards and reports to track funnel performance and marketing effectiveness
  • Use insights to inform creative, messaging, and channel strategies

Performance optimisation

  • Continuously run A/B tests on creatives, targeting, and landing pages to improve conversion rates
  • Monitor key metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates) and adjust strategies to maximize efficiency

Integrated campaigns and creative development

  • Lead end-to-end integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
  • Work closely with Creative team and/or agency to develop culturally relevant, standout campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns are designed with both brand impact and measurable outcomes in mind
  • Guide development of high-performing, insight-driven creatives across digital platforms
  • Partner with agencies to continuously evolve messaging, formats, and storytelling
  • Balance brand-building with conversion by optimizing creative based on performance insights

Ideal skills/ experience:

  • University Degree. Degree in Marketing and Communication or Business or Advertising, or Digital Marketing preferred
  • 4-7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding leading brand campaigns with measurable business impact
  • Proven track record of driving measurable growth and optimizing campaign performance
  • Experience with creative communications development.
  • Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Highly data-driven with a test-and-learn mindset
  • Creative thinker who can balance brand and performance
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ownership and bias for action
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
