Role Overview


We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives with a strong focus on lifecycle marketing, retention, and growth. This role requires a generalist with strong background knowledge of marketing operations and program execution, rather than deep technical specialization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment, coordinating across global teams and time zones

.Key Responsibilitie

  • sLead and coordinate complex, cross-functional roadmaps spanning marketing, product, and regional business teams, ensuring alignment across multiple time zones
  • .Partner with and influence global leadership to prioritize regional needs, balancing competing priorities within limited resources
  • .Own end-to-end (E2E) churn-prevention strategy and execution, leveraging CRM and retention toolsets to improve customer lifecycle outcomes
  • .Identify critical trade-offs in scope and timelines, making strategic prioritization calls to meet tight deadlines without compromising key business outcomes
  • .Drive GTM planning and execution for growth marketing programs, ensuring tight alignment between regional and global objectives
  • .Serve as a key liaison between regional stakeholders and central/global teams, translating business needs into actionable program plans

Required Skills & Experien

  • ce5–8 years of experience in GTM, Growth Marketing, or Program Management role
  • s.Strong background/generalist knowledge of lifecycle marketing operations, including churn-prevention tactics and familiarity with CRM/Retention platform
  • s.Proven track record of cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management at a global scal
  • e.Demonstrated ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment in ambiguous or resource-constrained setting
  • s.Excellent prioritization and scope management skills, with experience navigating tight deadlines and competing prioritie
