Growth Marketing Manager

Company Overview
We are an established healthcare provider specializing in chiropractic care, functional wellness, and holistic spine health. We are looking for a results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to accelerate our patient acquisition efforts and drive clinic footfall across our island-wide locations.

Role Summary
This role is entirely focused on top-of-funnel growth, lead generation, and patient acquisition. The successful candidate will design and deploy aggressive digital and offline marketing funnels tailored to the healthcare sector, converting public interest into booked clinical appointments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation Funnels: Design, build, and optimize end-to-end B2C lead generation campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok to drive appointment bookings.

• Conversion Rate Optimization: Audit and refine landing pages, booking forms, and inquiry touchpoints to maximize the conversion of digital traffic into qualified patient leads.

• Local & Offline Marketing: Develop targeted local marketing initiatives, community outreach programs, and OOH advertising to boost brand awareness around specific clinic locations.

• Agency Management: Direct and manage external performance marketing and creative agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and hit target CPAs (Cost Per Acquisition).

• Performance Reporting: Track lead quality, clinic footfall, and campaign ROI, presenting weekly performance dashboards to senior management with actionable pivot recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital lead generation.

• Prior experience in healthcare, clinical services, or wellness marketing is highly advantageous but not mandatory.

• Expertise in managing digital ad budgets and deep familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• A highly analytical, ROI-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
