Job Summary
We're looking for a highly analytical and creative Growth Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a T-shaped marketer with a strong focus on data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and optimizing the entire marketing funnel to drive scalable growth. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies across various digital channels, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) to leadership.
This Growth Marketing Manager is a data-driven professional who uses innovative and experimental strategies to rapidly and sustainably grow a company's user base, engagement, and revenue. Unlike traditional marketers, this Growth Marketing Manager is deeply focused on metrics and optimizing the entire customer journey, from initial acquisition to long-term retention. This role combines analytical prowess, creativity, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Design, implement, and manage data-driven marketing campaigns to acquire new users and increase customer lifetime value.
- Performance Marketing & Optimization: Own and optimize performance of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, paid social, email marketing, and display advertising, to achieve growth targets and maximize ROI.
- Experimentation & A/B Testing: Lead a continuous testing and optimization cycle across all channels and touchpoints, from landing pages and ad copy to email campaigns and user funnels.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze marketing data and user behavior to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and report on campaign performance to key stakeholders.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, sales, and content teams to align marketing efforts with product launches and business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum efficiency and return on ad spend.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, growth hacking techniques, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a growth marketing or similar role, with a proven track record of driving significant, measurable growth.
- Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in data analysis and using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, SQL, or similar platforms. You must be able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing automation, and social media advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads). A working knowledge of HTML, CSS, or JavaScript is a plus.
- Experimentation Mindset: A deep understanding of A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with multiple teams.
