Growth Manager Singapore
Key Responsibilities
- Drive strategic growth initiatives across SEA, with a focus on expanding Merkle&aposs footprint in Singapore.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in CRM, digital transformation, and customer experience.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for emerging verticals and whitespace opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build compelling proposals and pitch narratives.
- Own the full business development lifecyclefrom lead generation to deal closure.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform growth strategies.
- Represent Merkle at industry events, networking forums, and thought leadership platforms.
A Bit About You
- Minimum 5 years of experience in growth strategy, business development, or strategic salespreferably in digital, CRM, SaaS, or consulting.
- Proven track record of identifying and converting high-value opportunities.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value propositions to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with a consultative approach to selling.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and customer success.
