Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee customer support and shipping operations across the region to ensure high standards of post-sales service.
- Oversee day-to-day customers order processing and shipment coordination to support smooth business operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on service expectations.
- Establish best practices for customer communication, order verification, and delivery scheduling for both local and overseas markets.
- Act as the escalation point for service-related issues, including complaints, quality matters, and delivery challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve technical or operational issues effectively.
- Review and optimize team performance to achieve greater accuracy, responsiveness, and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and relevant documentation practices.
- Drive process improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency, and overall customer experience.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 - 8 years of experience sales support, customer service and operations management, preferably with regional experience or prior experience working in a MNC environment.
- Proficiency in ERP or similar systems is an advantage.
