What Youll Do:
- Design and implement growth strategies to drive user acquisition and increase trading volumes.
- Leverage digital marketing, SEO, social media, affiliate programs, and community outreach to target key user segments.
- Analyze data and user behavior to optimize onboarding funnels, retention, and engagement.
- Forge partnerships with crypto influencers, communities, and industry players to boost organic growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and compliance teams to launch campaigns, referral programs, and user incentives.
- Stay ahead of crypto market trends and competitors to refine strategies while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Track and report KPIs like user acquisition cost, lifetime value, and volume growth with actionable insights.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years in growth marketing, user acquisition, or business development, ideally in blockchains, fintech, or high-growth tech.
- Proven success driving user onboarding and volume growth for a digital asset or trading platform.
- Strong analytical chops with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar to measure and optimize performance.
- Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain, and regulatory frameworks.
- Stellar communication and partnership-building skills.
