Role Purpose
We are looking for a Regional Growth Lead with strong experience in the crypto/blockchain or similiar industry. This role will drive market expansion, user acquisition, and strategic partnerships in key regions, with a focus on building sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional growth strategies to expand user base and strengthen market presence.
- Drive go-to-market plans, ensuring effective adaptation to local market dynamics and user behaviors.
- Identify and build strategic partnerships to support business development and ecosystem growth.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory environments to provide actionable insights for leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align growth initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Track, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to ensure effectiveness of growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Regional BD/Growth Lead or equivalent role in the crypto/blockchain industry (APAC focus preferred).
- Strong expertise in business development, partnerships, and market expansion at regional level.
- Deep understanding of user acquisition strategies and growth levers in the crypto space.
- Ability to translate market knowledge into practical growth initiatives.
- Senior profile, comfortable operating independently and engaging with leadership stakeholderss
- Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
- Fluentl in Chinese and English to work with chinses speaking stakeholders
